The Anyang Museum (former Anyang History Museum) first opened its gates on September 22, 2004. It consists of a local archive, Anyang film archive, traditional crafts room, and a themed exhibition hall, and is equipped with facilities such as a storage room, data room, and a video room.

A variety of data is found here, ranging from prehistoric relics to modern and contemporary artifacts, allowing visitors to observe Anyang's history and culture at a glance.

The permanent exhibition hall provides attractions using the latest exhibition systems such as lively and interesting video and sound equipment for visitors to meet Anyang during the industrialization in the 1960s. You can witness them in miniature models.

Furthermore, the themed exhibition hall offers various social education programs as well as unique antique exhibitions to serve its role as a cultural center for the cultural development of the local community and its members.

Anyang Museum will continue to promote various themed cultural projects to display various functions of a local museum, thereby moving forward with the local residents. At the same time, the Museum strives to create a space where exhibitions, education, and experiences form a harmony, going beyond the past exhibition-oriented operations.

Located in Seoksu-dong, Manan-gu of Anyang, the Kimchungup Architecture Museum offers a space for visitors to experience the history of the past and the culture of the present, all at the same time. The Flagpole Supports of the Jungchosa Temple Site (Treasure No. 4) and a three-story stone pagoda (Gyeonggi-do Tangible Cultural Heritage No. 164) are preserved in the site.

In particular, the Kimchungup Architecture Museum building was designed by the late Kim Chungup, a Master of Modern Architecture in Korea, and is currently used as an exhibition hall and a cultural space after it was remodeled.
